I am not a B & B guy, but when my wife and I walked in the door of this southern jewel and were greeted by Kelly & Diana, my jaw dropped...we were both blown away by this wonderful property. The hospitality, decor, historic setting and wonderful service made this a "have to get back" place. The owners have taken the preservation and restoration of this beautiful landmark property to heart, overlooking no detail. The daily breakfast was an added treat. Whipped up by Diane & delivered to us by Kelly...on fine china with real silver silverware none the less. We loved hearing the history of the mansions and the area from both the owners. They have a mini-museum of pictures and artifacts that help tell the story of the area. If you're in the North Augusta area, don't miss out on the Rosemary Inn!

This turn-of-the-century mansion is beautifully decorated and has been immaculately restored. Kelly and Diana are very hospitable innkeepers. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast consisting of lemon curd fruit & yogurt, followed by Kelly's own delicious whole-grain pecan waffles with eggs & applewood bacon. Breakfast was served in the "Gentlemen's Parlor" room next to the dining room. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal! Perfect location. Excellent owners and staff. Prepare to relax, unwind and be pampered. The history that goes along with this place makes it that much more enjoyable. Restaurants in town are great as well.

For ten days our travels spanned Savannah, Augusta, and Charleston. The other destinations being purely for pleasure (and the celebration of my husband's birthday and our anniversary), we included Augusta due to an impending Army move to Fort Gordon. We simply wanted to investigate towns and potential neighborhoods of interest, and yet we found ourselves wishing we planned a longer stay. (And now that our trip is complete, we can safely attest to the Rosemary Inn being our favorite lodging.) The Rosemary Inn is a gorgeous property that Kelly and Diana have saved. Evident from the beautiful Victorians across the bridge in Augusta, Georgia, many of the local older gems have been abandoned. This lovely couple have restored the wood paneling, made a concerted effort to maintain a period appropriate color palette, and filled their home with comfortable and classic furnishings. With its impressive edifice and staircase this house is nothing less than grand, but the owners soften the formal expectations with warm, welcoming personalities. They freely chatted about restoration obstacles, local eateries, and potential neighborhoods for the impending relocation. In addition to the sweet dispositions, Diana and Kelly also easily accommodated my dietary restrictions. Staying at the Rosemary Inn had initially been purposeful, but I expect that this will be our location of choice for further residence reconnaissance and beyond. We are already discussing getaway potential whilst stationed at Fort Gordon. Considering the proximity and discounted active duty military rate, we just need to find a reliable sitter!

One word to sum up my feelings towards the Rosemary Inn: WOW! From the moment we booked our stay, we were treated to impeccable customer service from proprietors Kelly and Diana. I can't express just how genuinely kind, enthusiastic and professional these individuals are. The incredibly historic property has been expertly restored by both Kelly and Diana and they are excited to share their pride and joy with guests. We booked the beautiful Alexander suite after being blown away by photos online of the room and claw foot bathtub! When we arrived, our expectations were exceeded immediately upon walking into the room and seeing how clean, beautifully decorated and romantic it was. The room is quite large and features a queen bed, many beautiful antique furniture pieces and a very large bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, walk in shower and two sinks. The B&B offers many additional add on packages, which my husband was sweet enough to book. Our package included ice cold champagne and truffles waiting for us upon arrival. Later in the day, we were surprised to see our turn down service also included flameless candles scattered throughout the entire room and bathroom, more truffles and they refilled our ice bucket and re-chilled what was left over of our champs. Believe me, the room is romantic even in the middle of the day, but at night, with candles it is truly fairy tale worthy romantic! We slept like babies and were treated to a magnificent breakfast at 830am prompt. Diana met us in the stunning dining room and had a beautiful set up. We had delicious hot coffee (it was so good!) with ice cold heavy whipping cream and sugar, ice water, orange juice and a oh so delicious yogurt parfait. As soon as we finished our parfait, Kelly brought out our main course of 1 fresh homemade buttermilk biscuit (with fresh butter, and several fresh marmalade options), bacon and an amazing fresh homemade quiche w/egg, cheese, olive, tomato, pepper. I want to point out that upon check in, each guest was carefully asked regarding any dietary needs/requests/issues and they skillfully created a menu based off of everyone's restrictions and requests which is so considerate. The food was so wonderful and a perfect ending to a wonderful stay. Kelly and Diana really have created such a warm, inviting and romantic environment. They offered to make us dinner reservations in town and even printed directions to our destination. They took personal time to engage us in conversations about the local history and colorful past of the inn and it's residents. I was shocked by the incredible history of North Augusta and specifically the Rosemary Inn. I can't say enough how amazing this B&B is. I absolutely, without hesitation recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing, quiet, historic, wonderful, unique and especially, romantic to stay! Hopefully, we'll be back to the Rosemary VERY soon! :)

This is the best bed & breakfast I've ever stayed at. I loved the house... I enjoyed the huge Jackson Suite and sitting outside on the veranda. It was very neat to be able to kick off my shoes and make myself comfortable in a place like this. What really put the experience over the top, though, was the current owners' incredible customer service. They truly understand outstanding customer service down to the smallest detail. They've thought of everything and they're wonderful people. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to stay in or as a location for a wedding.
